Scrum includes five key events, each serving as a formal opportunity for inspection and adaptation. These events create rhythm and predictability, minimizing the need for unplanned meetings.

The Sprint
The Sprint is the heartbeat of Scrum. It is a fixed-length event, lasting no longer than one month. Every Sprint produces a potentially usable increment. During the Sprint, no changes are made that would endanger the Sprint Goal. -
Sprint Planning
Sprint Planning kicks off the Sprint. The Scrum Team collaborates to answer three key questions:-
Why is this Sprint valuable? (Define the Sprint Goal)
-
What can be done this Sprint? (Select backlog items)
-
How will the chosen work be done? (Create a delivery plan)

Daily Scrum
A 15-minute meeting held every day by the Developers. They inspect progress toward the Sprint Goal and adapt their plan. It is not a status meeting; instead, it is a working session for the team. -
Sprint Review
Held at the end of the Sprint. The Scrum Team and stakeholders inspect the increment and adapt the Product Backlog. This fosters collaboration and transparency. -
Sprint Retrospective
The team inspects how they worked during the Sprint and identifies improvements for the next one. It promotes continuous learning and growth.
